The identity and its purpose

I built the QRCL and Security Scanner identities around two connected experiences: granting access and verifying it. Colour, typography, illustration and motion carry the estate-access brand from the product into communication.

Two contexts shaped the identity

A resident uses QRCL to manage access from a phone. A guard uses Security Scanner to verify it at the gate. I developed the two identities as related parts of the same product ecosystem, with a recognisable connection across different responsibilities.

Making the identity usable inside the product

The orange-led palette and Outfit type hierarchy extend into interface foundations for mobile and desktop. Semantic colours handle feedback, while the brand palette gives the applications their identity. This connects the visual work to everyday product decisions.

From a mark to a working visual language

I extended the identities through estate illustrations, marketing pieces, letterhead, presentation materials and logo motion. The applications below show the system at different scales and in different formats.
