Helping shoppers move from discovery to checkout.

The project

I designed web and mobile marketplace experiences connecting product discovery, seller presentation and a shorter checkout flow.

The problem

The case study focused on cluttered navigation, a long checkout flow, inconsistent branding and weak hierarchy around actions such as Add to Cart. The goal was to make browsing and purchasing easier to follow.

Finding a product

I organised categories and search around product discovery. Clearer hierarchy gives product information and the next action distinct places in the interface.

A shorter checkout

I designed a checkout with fewer fields and saved delivery and payment details. The design intent was to reduce repeated input and unnecessary confirmation steps; the portfolio does not include measured conversion results.

A consistent visual system

Colour, typography and icons carry across the marketplace. Product presentation, prominent actions and interaction feedback help buyers understand where they are and what to do next.
