ZerivLink turns one link into a working storefront. As founding product designer, I took the product from idea to launch with founder Pius Ashogbon. I shaped the architecture, designed the vendor and customer journeys, and built the design system from scratch. The vendor side focuses on setting up and curating a business. The customer side focuses on finding products and buying from the same page. The team reports more than one hundred businesses onboarded without paid advertising, through developers and customers recommending the product.
Owning the product from zero to one
I joined ZerivLink as the founding product designer, working alongside founder Pius Ashogbon. I owned the product design from the initial idea through launch, helped define its architecture and built the design system from scratch.
The core product decision was to connect business setup with the storefront a customer actually uses. My responsibility ran across both journeys, then into implementation, so the product structure, interface patterns and launch experience developed together.
The challenge
Vendors expect a link-in-bio tool to be easy to set up, but a storefront needs more depth. I needed to make business curation and direct customer browsing feel like parts of the same simple product.
Two sides of one storefront
I designed a vendor experience focused on curation and control, alongside a customer experience focused on finding products and buying from a single page.
A shared system for vendors and their customers
I built a component-based design system for ZerivLink, connecting the vendor tools and customer storefront through shared visual foundations and reusable interface patterns. The goal was to make setting up a business feel as considered as browsing it. Consistent controls, hierarchy and presentation rules helped me carry design decisions across both sides of the product as I built it.
Connecting existing audiences
Social connection flows bring a vendor’s existing platforms into the storefront without presenting integration as a separate technical chore.
Building the experience
I used Framer and Cursor to take the designed experience into a functioning product. My work connected product architecture, vendor curation, the customer storefront and social integration flows, carrying the system from idea to launch.
The design decision
I treated the storefront as the centre of the experience. Setup, social connections and presentation belong to the same vendor journey, while customers need a clear route from discovering the business to browsing its products. Keeping those journeys connected helps the single-link format support a real business rather than another list of destinations.
The first businesses arrived without paid ads
ZerivLink has onboarded more than 100 businesses through developers and existing users talking about the product. The team reports no paid advertising behind that growth.
Within the first month after launch, the product processed more than 200k in sales value. This describes sales through the product, not company revenue. These launch figures are project-reported; the currency of the sales figure has not yet been specified.
My design contribution was the foundation those businesses encountered: the product architecture, vendor and customer journeys, and a shared design system taken from the first idea into launch.
