I designed and built Tresh’s website alongside an internal workspace for publishing work, managing projects, assigning tasks and developing talent.
The brief
Tresh needed to explain its technology services to customers and manage the work behind those services. I designed and partly built the public website and an admin experience covering both in-house projects and projects shown on the website.
Making services easier to evaluate
I wrote and designed page descriptions so potential customers could understand each website or application offering and decide what suited their business. I also proposed selling editable application templates as another way for customers to get started.
An admin that supports the work
I designed project management around tracking progress, assigning tasks and publishing projects through the admin instead of coding each new listing manually. A talent management module supported the agency’s interns and helped the team follow their development.
What I delivered
The work connects a customer-facing agency website with operational tools for the team. My scope covered service presentation, template sales, project publishing, task assignment and talent management.
